A few frequently asked questions…

How much does Welly cost?

Welly charges a small monthly service fee based on the number of employees you choose to enroll. After that, you decide how much stipend money to make available each month for your employees to spend on benefits.

How are stipend funds transferred to my employees?

During setup, you can choose whomever manages your payroll to receive an automatic monthly report outlining the stipend amount to be included on each participating employees’ paycheck for the next month.

How do my employees receive their benefits?

Your employees will receive their stipend funds through your current payroll process. They’ll use those funds on any qualified Welly benefit, and submit receipts for benefit purchases right through the Welly App.

How much should I fund for each employee?

The stipend amount you offer each employee is entirely up to you, and can be changed at any time. You can also offer one-time bonuses through Welly on top of an employee’s recurring monthly amount – when they hit a performance goal, for example.

Do my employees have to pay a monthly premium?

Nope. Unlike a traditional plan, your employees do not have to pay a monthly premium of any kind. Welly does not require any out of pocket expense for your employees to participate.

What benefits are available to my employees?

Welly gives your employees access to some of the industry’s most trusted & recognizable health and lifestyle brands, across dozens of product and service categories. For example, Welly includes virtual and in-person doctor visits, live events & venues, vacation travel, restaurants, wellness services, gym memberships, media subscriptions, mental health care, life insurance, home & vehicle maintenance, child / elder / pet care, upskilling courses, savings & retirement services, charitable contributions, and more being added all the time.

Can I customize the benefits available to my employees?

Yes! Any benefits available in Welly that you don’t want to offer your employees as a qualified stipend expense can be turned off from your employer dashboard at any time.
